1. Service Overview
MyBlock is a planner for organizing tasks, reminders, meetings, notes, and ideas. Optional Social features allow group collaboration and invite-based sharing.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your sign-in credentials.
- Social account creation is only required when you choose to use Social features.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use the app lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, or compromise the app or related services.
- Do not post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes rights of others.
4. Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you create, store, and share in MyBlock. Verify reminders, meeting details, and links before acting on them.
5. Permissions and Integrations
The app may request calendar, contacts, and file permissions only for features you choose to use. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
6. Privacy
Our data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update features, suspend access, or modify these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation
MyBlock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from app use.
